Yes, if the watch is in stock you more than welcome to come and try it on at our office , kindly call 0129401055 to make an appointment , Pretoria (Corner Garsfontein and Corby Avenue Menlyn Corporate Park, Waterkloof Ext 2, Pretoria, South Africa). Not all of the watches listed on the website are available to view. Kindly call our office to confirm availability should you want to come and view a watch.

Are your watches authentic?
Answer:
All our watches on our website are 100% authentic exactly like you would buy from any high end jewellery store.

Sure, LuxuryTime sells many watches to customers outside of South Africa, and we will assist you where necessary in placing an order.

How do I place an order?
Answer:
Customers can use the above payment methods and as soon as funds are cleared the watch will be shipped customers can contact LuxuryTime via phone, email or fax for any help when placing an order.

You can also come into our showroom and place the order directly with a luxurytime sales assistant.

What methods of payments do you accept?
Answer:
1. Credit Card:
VISA, MasterCard and American Express. At this stage LuxuryTime does not offer an online credit card processing facility on our site, Due to the high value of most of the watches, and to protect LuxuryTime and our valued customers against any fraudulent transactions. All credit card transactions that will go through wappoint will carry a 5% transaction charge.
It is still possible to pay with any of the above credit cards? As soon as you place an order on the site a invoice will be sent to you, you will be able to pay immediately with any of the above credit cards. This is a 100% secure form of payment and protect the buyer as well as LuxuryTime against any fraudsters, Paypal is used in more than 30 countries worldwide and our customers can rest assure that all their details are safe, Paypal servers is secured by 128bit SSL encryption.

How do you ship the watch?
Answer:
We ship via FedEx Hand to Hand Couriers for most international shipments. All packages are shipped in a well-secured box. All watches shipped are insured for its full value - this way if a package is lost/stolen en-route to its destination, we can ship out a new watch or refund your money. All of our watches are covered by an independent 3rd party insurance company. Track your parcel at www.fedex.co.za.

Who is responsible for the customs, duties, VAT charges & any other charges along the way?
Answer:
LuxuryTime will charge you for the actual watch & shipping charges only. All other charges (such as taxes, duties & V.A.T.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Usually you will have to pay these additional charges to the delivery driver or your Customs Department may bill you.

What "other" charges will pop up along the way?
Answer:
In certain countries you will be charged import duties & taxes. In many countries you may be charged V.A.T. (or G.S.T.). Since these charges vary from country to country & from watch to watch, please check with you customs department to verify the estimated charges.
